We really enjoyed our stay at Jan's condo. Everything
was very clean and had everything that we needed during
our stay. The Ventura Country Club is very convenient to
all of the parks and grocery shopping center. (There was
also a medical clinic not to far away also.)

Jan was very nice and accommodating. He was open to
suggestions. He was easy to contact.
My family and I had a wonderful time in Florida! Jan
and his condo made it even better. I hope the next time
I visit Orlando, the condo is available.

Erwachsene. Fr Ausflge in die Umgebung und vor allem
auch in die Themenparks lag der Ventura Country Club fr
uns genau richtig. Das Angebot im Club entsprach voll und
ganz unseren sportlichenen Bedrfnissen, und der Ventura
Country Club gefiel uns sehr.

We had a very nice stay at Jan's clean and nicley
furnished condo. It fit six of us (2 adults,4 children)
comfortably. The area is safe,quiet and beautiful.
During our stay, we enjoyed using some of the recreational
facilities including the heated pool. It was an easy drive
to the attractions. If we were ever come back to Orlando,
we would stay here ,and higly recommend it to others who
are thinking about a home away from home.

We needed to get away and your place was the perfect
spot.Area was very clean, condo was more than what we
expected, swimming pool was great (sort of like having

couples).Weather was so perfect we would walk from the
condo to the guard gate every other morning--as a
matter of fact, one of the guards got to know us.Having a
Club House on the premises was great since we both enjoy
working out.Everything was within a 10 minute
radius--grocery stores, fast foods, and restaurants.
Couldn't ask for a better place to relax and enjoy each
other.

We felt that you were very personable and accommodating.

I enjoyed our stay at your condo.My grandchildren really
enjoyed the movies and games you have there.
They also loved the short walk to the pool.It was really
nice being able to cook at night after a long day at the

thing we had to worry about when we got home.

I was surprised that Jan returned the security deposit
to me when I canceled my reservation 32 days before my
arrival date. I had not expected the refunding process
to be this smooth until I received a check couple of
days after I emailed Jan to request the cancellation.
Combining with the very positive and timely replies
from him during my application for staying in his
condo, what can I say? I can only tell him that I will
definitely stay in his condo when I make my Orlando
vacation next time, because he is such a responsible
and trust-worth person. Thank you, Jan, for our
communications (though I can not visit Orlando this
summer), and I look forward to future opportunity to
rent your condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jan's condo.Very nice and
clean, and had every thing we needed.As were were
bringing a 10 1/2 month old baby,Jan was able to supply
us with a car seat, high chair and baby bed.This was
great so we didn't have to bring along.The condo was
convenient to grocery store and K-Mart as well as the
airport and Disney.The directions he supplied for us from
the airport was great, as out flight was delayed and we
didn't get there until 9:00 and it was dark.The condo
area was very quite and clean.We would call Jan should we
ever need a place to stay in the future in Florida and

arrived safely,but for some reason it did not bring the
with it the nice warm Florida weather.Ha ha,perhaps next

We greatly enjoyed your condo and found it be very clean

and find out who the mystery "condo man" was.The pool
was the highlight for the kids,as they loved having it
pretty much to their selves most of the time.The location
was wonderful and we liked that it was close to the
airport,especially now with the people having to arrive
earlier.We found that we preferred renting a condo
opposed to a hotel due to the fact that your condo is in
a nice quiet complex and we never worried about hearing
people in all hours of the night.Restaurants locations
were also easily accessible,as well as the grocery
stores.

Wir haben eine Superwoche in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht auch wenn wir natürlich viel auf Achse waren.
Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, ansprechend eingerichtet, und in einem tadellosen Zustand.
Einige Angebote des ebenfalls sehr schön angelegten Ventura Country Club(Pool, Whirlpool, Fitnessraum) haben wir oft und gern in Anspruch genommen und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Disneyparks und andere Attraktionen waren gut und schnell erreichbar. Kurz gesagt: wir haben es sehr genossen und können das Condo deshalb nur wärmstens empfehlen, gerade auch für Familien.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall bei erneuter Reise nach Orlando gern wieder dort bleiben.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Ventura Country Club verbracht,das Appartmentfanden wir in sehr gepfegten Zustand vor und war für uns zwei Personen mehr als geräumig.
Besonders gut gefiel uns der nur wenige Schritte entfernte Swimmingpool und Whirlpool.
Der Golfplatz ist hervorragend,das Greenfee von nur ca.$ 40.00 inclusive Cart wird jeden Golfer begeistern.
Nur 5 Meilen entfernt spielten wir sogar nur für $30.00.
Auch die sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage kam uns sehr entgegen. Wenn es zu Hause wieder nass und kalt wird, werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen.

Ferien in Orlando bei Jan Dorwarth sind absolut zu empfehlen!!!!

Es ist alles organisiert: Die Anreisebeschreibung vom Flughafen, die komplette Ausstattung der sehr gepflegten und sauberen Wohnung mit amerikanischem Riesenkühlschrank,Riesenherd, Waschmaschine und Trockener - alles funktioniert prima!
Die Lage in der schönen großen Anlage ist sehr zentral zu allen großen Parks, Atlantik- und Golfküste sind gut zu erreichen, Einkaufszentren sind in der Nähe und die Manatees
in Blue Springs sind sogar ganzjährig zu besuchen.Jan ist jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - sehr beruhigend, wenn man den eigenen Englischkenntnissen nicht mehr vertraut!
Wir haben ihn hoffentlich nicht über Gebühr strapaziert,denn unser Englisch ist noch ganz akzeptabel -aber seine Insidertipps sind natürlich auch superwichtig und supernützlich.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub, schade, dass er schon zu Ende ist, wir wären gerne noch geblieben!

vielen Dank für die prompte Rücküberweisung der Mietkaution.
Wir haben uns inzwischen wieder eingelebt zu Haus.Auch hier ist es jetzt Frühling, obgleich Floridas Sonne schon bei unserer Abreise deutlich höher am Himmel stand als jetzt hier.
Sie leben halt im Sunshinestate.Gern denken wir zurück an unsere Ferientage in Ihrer so sehr schönen und großzügig eingerichteten Wohnung.Es fehlte einfach an nichts.
Schön war es für uns natürlich auch, dass wir den Golfplatz sozusagen gleich nebenan hatten.Vor zwei Abenden waren wir bei Freunden eingeladen und haben von unserer Reise erzählt.
Ein Thema war natürlich Ihre sagenhafte Organisation:die Wegbeschreibung vom Airport zu Ihrer Wohnung,der Schlüsselkasten an der Haustür,die Karten von Orlando und Florida mit vielen Tipps obendrein.
Alles hat hervorragend geklappt.Nach der langen und auch durchaus anstrengenden Reise waren wir hoch erfreut,im Kühlschrank einen leckeren Begrüßungtrunk vorzufinden.

Wir hatten ein tolle Woche in Deiner Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr
nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber was uns als "Deutsche" sehr freut. Die
guten Angebote des Ventura Country Club haben wir leider nicht ausnutzen
können, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren. Es war sehr nah zu allen Orlando
Attraktionen. Unseren Kindern (2+11) hat auch der Disney Channel in Deinem
Kabel TV sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind nach dieser Woche noch dem Link auf
Deiner WEB-Site gefolgt und haben eine Woche in einem sehr schönen
Ferienhaus in Cape Coral verbracht. Alles in allem ein gelungener
Urlaub und wir können Dich und Deine Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

awesome. We must admit that we were a little nervous coming from the Bahamas
not knowing what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised to find the condo
all that you reported and more. It was clean and nicely decorated with all
the amenities of a timeshare villa. The children couldn't get enough of the
pool and the grounds were beautiful and very well kept.

We were also impressed with the accurate and minute details you gave for
finding the condo and finding our way around the Orlando area. We will definitely
use your condo again and recommend it to our friends. We had a wonderful time in Orlando and most of it was thanks to you.

We really enjoyed our time in Orlando. The condo was a wonderful place to
stay for the week. After long days in the parks we loved being able to
come home to the condo at Ventura Country Club and relax and swim. It was
very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We all enjoyed
the pool throughout the week and the people that we met at Ventura while we
were there were all very friendly. Your advise and booklets on the parks
were very helpful also. We hope to be back one day and would love to stay

very conventient to the stores and amusement parks. Everything at the condo and
country club was so neat and clean. I will definitely recommend it to others.
I had originally planed on a few days by the pool which I really regret not
having. It was quite nice there. We did make it back to Baton Rouge safely and
my nieces surgery went well.

Wir haben uns in deiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. die zimmer waren geräumig
und sehr ordentlich. wir können diese einer kleinen familie, die im
wunderschönen orlando urlaub machen möchte sehr empfehlen. alles ist sehr
gut erreichbar. die ganze anlage war sehr gepflegt und wir konnten toll
spazieren gehen - wo die amerika uns immer sehr komisch angeschaut haben, da
sie es nicht gewohnt sind :-)
auch tennis spielen und schwimmen waren wirklich toll. eine rundum tolle
zeit, die wir bei bestem wetter in deinem haus erleben durften.

ein Dankeschön zurück nach Orlando !!!
Key West gehört für uns schon leider wieder der Vergangenheit an.
Wir haben dort 3 wunderschöne Tage verbracht und das neue Jahr in der Duval
und der Bourbon Street gefeiert. Den letzten Tag auf den Keys haben wir mit einem
unvergesslichen Sunset am Strand von Bahia Honda sehr sehr genossen. Traumhaft!
Inklusive des wunderbaren Aufenthaltes in Orlando in Ihrer sehr gemütlichen
Ferienwohnung haben sich für uns bisher alle üblichen "Touristenansprüche" mehr als erfüllt.
Wir sind wild entschlossen nochmals Ihre Ferienwohnung in Anspruch zu nehmen
und > diese auch an interessierte Bekannte weiter zu empfehlen! Wenn möglich,
kommen wir das nächste mal für eine längere Zeit als nur 7 Tage.
Da hat einfach alles gepasst. Angefangen von der schönen Lage im Ventura
Country Club bis hin zur familiengerechten Ausstattung und nicht zu vergessen
Ihrem sehr freundlichen und entgegenkommenden Wesen!

Hi Jan,

We are back safely and have received our security deposit in the mail. Thank
you very much for sending that out so quickly. We enjoyed the condo very
much. The kids loved all of the stuff animals.
Your condo is very nice and clean. It is decorated in a way that is both fun
and cheery. We really didn't spend much time at the condo because we left
early every morning and came back late every night.
We loved eating breakfast at the club house each morning. Judy the waitress was
extremely nice to us. There was so much to do at the Disney parks that we were
there from open to close every day and still didn't see everything.
I guess we will have to make another trip in a couple years.
We would definitely consider staying at your place again if
we ever make it back to Orlando.

We absolutely loved your condo! We truly felt like we were
house-sitting for a friend than just renting. It was comfortable and
clean. The country club is very kid-friendly but it can easily be quiet
enough for just a couple on their honeymoon. It was a good and fair
distance from the parks. Close enough to get there easily but far
enough to be able to shop in neighborhood stores. We will definitely stay

Yes we are back in good old Nova Scotia, Wishing we could have stayed another week!!
Your place was wonderful!! We enjoyed the condo soo much! It had a very home feeling and
comfortable! It was very central and yet out of the busyness of Orlando.
It had everything that we need for the week.
We loved having a washer & dryer, it was great coming home from vacation with clean clothes!!
Jan was great, he was very easy to get in touch with and was fast at responding to our
emails of questions before we arrived! The directions you gave us were great!!
You gave us great information on where to eat and what to do while in Orlando.
It helped us make our first trip to Orlando great. The grounds of the Ventura Country Club were well-kept,
clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly!! The pool was wonderful and very clean,
we enjoyed the days by the pool!! When we return to Orlando we hope your condo will be available again.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und das Clubhaus am See im Ventura Country Club kann man
als „Geheimtipp“ nennen für gutes und günstiges Essen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und
hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen ?. Vor allem aber ist deine Wohnung sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet,
vor allem „pico bello“ sauber, so dass man sich gleich von Anfang an wohl fühlt.
Es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten viel Spaß bei Dir Urlaub zu machen !!!
Wir werden Dich auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen kommen und wenn wir wissen
es möchte jemand nach Orlando fliegen und Urlaub machen, dann werden wir Dich weiter empfehlen.
Alles in allem, war es ein toller Urlaub bei Dir und es hat uns riesig gefreut

Die Wohnung war sauber und komplett ausgestattet.
Mit 4 Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz - auch
für unsere Koffer und Kleidung. Im Ventura-Club haben wir uns sehr
wohl und sicher gefühlt. Alle Informationen von Ihnen zur Anreise
waren perfekt (Wir haben den Ventura-Club ohne verfahren gefunden!).
Insgesamt waren wir gerne Gäste in Ihrem Condo. Die Kaution haben wir
bereits auf unserem Konto (nach 3 Tagen).

Die Wohnung war super groß, geräumig und bot alles, was man so braucht. Sämtliche Küchengeräte
(Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine etc.), Waschmaschine, Trockner,
TV mit Senderliste, DVD-Player, Musikanlange, Zweit-TV in einem Schlafzimmer, ausreichend Wäsche
(Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.).
Anlage ist sehr groß und weitläufig, sehr gut gepflegt. Poolbereich sehr schön gelegen am See mit
kleinem Sandstrandabschnitt. Da wir sehr viel in Florida unterwegs waren, konnten wir die
Anlage leider nicht in vollem Maße genießen und nutzen, würden sie aber als Basisstandord
für Ausflüge jederzeit weiter empfehlen. West- bzw. Ostküste sind in ca. 1 - 2
Std. erreichbar (z. B. Cocoa Beach bzw. St. Petersburg). Disney liegt quasi vor der Tür. Für Miami
benötigt man ca. 3,5 - 4 Std. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall eine Bonuskarte zulegen,
z. B. Go Orlando Card (im Internet auch schon zu Hause bestellen). Mit solch einer Karte hat man
dann in vielen Freizeitparks (Kennedy Space Center, Gatorland, Ripley's, Bootstouren etc.) freien
Eintritt und sonstige Vergünstigungen (Rabatt in Shopping Centern, Bars, Restaurants
etc.). Man sollte immer nach Coupons Ausschau halten, das spart viel Geld. Größte Zurückhaltung
sollte man hingegen bei so genannten Touristeninformationen haben, denn dort wird meistens Time
Sharing angeboten (günstige Disney Tickets für den Besuch einer Verkaufsveranstaltung
Wir haben in Florida geheiratet und waren in 2 verschiedenen Hotels untergebracht.Danach wollten wir
2 Wochen lang noch Orlando unsicher machen. Da waren wir richtig überrascht als wir die
Wohnung betreten haben - die ist 1000mal schöner, sauberer und gemütlicher als die Hotelzimmer und
verfügt über 2 richtige Luxusbäder!!! Die gesamte Anlage des Ventura Club ist sehr
ansprechend und man fühlt sich dort sehr sicher. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Auch die Kaution bekamen wir sofort zurück. Jan stand uns USA-Neulingen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Schon bei Ankunft fühlten wir uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr heimisch.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.
Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Auch ist der Vermieter mehr als bemüht
und steht für jede Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Für Personen, die noch nie in Florida waren
und sich nicht auskennen, empfehle ich die Wohnung. Die Wohnanlage ist ebenfalls sehr sauber.
Pools, Tennis- und Golfplätze sind vorhanden und können benutzt werden.
Alle Attraktionen sind gut erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Sollten wir wieder in Orlando sein, werden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder mieten. Die Abwicklung mit
dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, die Kaution erhielten wir schnell zurück.

Deine Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen und wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität deiner Wohnung übertrifft alles was wir in den
letzten Jahren in Florida erlebt haben. Mit deiner modernen Ausstattung übertriffst du bei weitem
den Hotelstandart der in Florida angeboten wird. Der gesamte Ventura Golf Club ist
eine sehr gepflegte und sichere Anlage, was das Wohngefühl noch zusätzlich verfeinert.
Auch die super günstige Lage der Anlage in Orlando macht macht das Wohnen dort
sehr angenehm, da man sehr schnell alle Ausflugs- und Shoppingpunkte erreicht.
Vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle Rücküberweisung der Kaution.
Sie war schneller auf unser Konto drauf, als unser Flugzeug uns zu Hause abgesetzt hatte.

Netter und freundlicher Kontakt schon im Vorfeld. Wohnung ist leicht zu finden dank der ausführlichen Beschreibung. Einkaufs- und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Nicht allzu weit entfernt vom Flughafen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Reichlich Infomaterial und Rabattcoupons vor Ort. Praktisch: Waschmaschine mit Trockner vorhanden. Fazit: Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!!
Weiterhin zu empfehlen: Pool, Clubrestaurant, Golden-Corall-Restaurant am Semoran-Blvd., IHOP am Semoran-Blvd.
Wenn möglich Laptop mitnehmen, da es kaum Internetcafes gibt. Internetzugang in der Wohnung vorhanden. Außerdem wichtig: In Orlando und Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Mautstraßen. Es lohnt sich, beim Autovermieter eine elektronische Mauterfassung zu buchen. Spart Zeit und Nerven.

Wir haben 14 Tage die Wohnung geniessen dürfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich im Florida-Style eingerichtet. Man bekommt das Gefühl, als wenn man nach Hause kommt.
Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind von dieser Wohnung her aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist sehr gut bewacht und sehr gepflegt. Sehr schön, dass der Swimmingpool nur 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist.
Den nächsten Urlaub, den wir in Florida Orlando verleben werden, möchten wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung verbringen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr gut. Er gibt einem jegliche Tipps, die für einen gelungenen Orlando-Urlaub wichtig sind.

Kompliment, die Wohnung ist ausserordendlich sauber und gepflegt. Das kann man leider von so manch teurem Hotel in Florida nicht sagen. Sehr gut ist ebenfalls das sie in einer bewachten Anlage zu finden ist. Securityfahrzeuge patrollieren den ganzen Tag. So sicher haben wir uns in den USA bislang noch nie gefühlt. Anreise war sehr einfach, Wegbeschreibung perfekt. Auch die Ausstattung des Domizils lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist einfach ALLES vorhanden was man braucht. Wir werden sicherlich bei unserem nächsten besuch in Orlando wieder dort wohnen wollen. Nochmals : Kompliment an den Besitzer (der noch dazu super nett und freundlich ist). So muss eine Ferienwohnung sein.
